Vector directors drop pay raises
Vector directors have withdrawn their proposal for a director’s fee increase, voting unanimously against the proposal.
The company’s shareholders were due to vote on the proposal at the company’s annual meeting on October 23.
Vector director’s fees have not increased since prior to the Company's initial public offering, and subsequent listing in 2005.
